Of course! We will try to give you the best internet connection available to ease your journey and your work during the event. For free (thanks to our sponsors)! Also, we will be generous with the power supply: we will have enough power to turn on the lights of a small village. Again for free (and again, thanks to our sponsors)!

Lorenzo Leoni, PhD

Director Agire Foundation

Lorenzo Leoni grew up in Malcantone. After high school in Lugano obtained a degree in natural sciences and a doctorate in biochemistry from the University of Lausanne. After his PhD he moved to San Diego, California, where he conducts research in the field of oncology and immunology and soon became Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of California San Diego. So, finally, here we are!

It took us an enormous amount of time, but we made it!
We are online with our brand new website!

We are still working on it, but the basics are all there: sign-up, login, ticket purchase, profile and account management and much more is all set up and ready to let you have a great experience at one of the first/ever organised hackathons in the Southern part of Switzerland.

We will come back to you frequently in the coming days.

48 hours to find ideas and to create or develop amazing projects to submit to our jury. Hack the City takes place on August 28th, 29th and 30th in Chiasso, Switzerland, in Corso S. Gottardo and Piazza (square) Indipendenza.
